Pay for your flight tickets with a Visa Infinite card and you may be eligible for a refund if your flight is delayed, cancelled, or you are denied boarding due to overbooking.
If you’re travelling within Europe or overseas and pay for your flight ticket with a business or premium Visa card, you don’t have to worry about your money. Card payments are secure, and in case of flight cancellation, delay, or overbooking, you may be entitled to compensation of €250–€600, depending on the flight distance.
- AirRefund charges a 20% commission of the successfully recovered compensation amount.
- You pay nothing upfront. If your claim is successful, the compensation is transferred to your account after the commission is deducted.
- If the claim is unsuccessful, no commission or fee is charged.
How to submit a claim:

- Proceed to the AirRefund website.
- Register your flight and follow the instructions provided.
