How to redeem the benefit:

• Vienna Lounge is located in Terminal 1 and is open from 4:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Sky Lounge is located in Terminal 3 and is open from 4:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• The benefit is available to clients of participating banks registered with Visa Europe in the Czech Republic. Entry will not be granted for cards that are not registered with Visa Europe.
• To enter the lounge at Vienna Airport, you must inform the reception staff that you wish to use the Visa discounted or complimentary entry.
• The staff will then ask you to tap your physical or virtual card on a device that verifies your eligibility for entry.
• In the case of a discounted entry, you will be asked to pay the applicable fee at a standard payment terminal using the same premium or business Visa card (physical or virtual) with which you are entering the lounge.
• The stated prices apply to 2 hours of stay.
• Children under 3 years of age, accompanied by an adult, are admitted free of charge.
• No reservation is required.
