- The service is available on business days, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- You can use the service up to three times per month free of charge, with a time allowance of 30 minutes per request.

Service conditions
- The assistance service is available exclusively to holders of Visa Business or premium Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, or Visa Infinite cards.
- Please note that you may be asked to verify your eligibility by providing the first nine digits of your card number.
- If a request exceeds the scope of the basic service conditions, the assistance provider will prepare a price quotation for handling your request.
- Payment information for services arranged via Visa Assistance
- Payments for arranged services must be made exclusively using a Visa Business or premium Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, or Visa Infinite card.
- Payments will be processed to the assistance company’s account.
- The assistance company will provide payment details, and once payment is received, it will arrange the requested service with the supplier.
- Services can be paid online via the Stripe payment gateway.
- By agreement, payment may also be made upon delivery of goods, directly to the service provider, or at the place of service delivery, as applicable.
